Please note that ViewAsian does not host any videos or media files on our servers. We simply provide links to content that is hosted by third-party video-sharing websites. If you have a complaint about the videos linked on our website, please direct your concerns to the website where the content is hosted.

DMCA Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent thereof, and believe that any content linked to or embedded on ViewAsian infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the DMCA by providing our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a counter-notification is received, we may reinstate the material in question if the copyright owner does not file a lawsuit against you within 10 business days. Please be aware that under the DMCA, you may be liable for damages if you misrepresent a claim that material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, ViewAsian has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also restrict access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
